I have purchased 2 Telit ME910C1 raspberry pi hats. Both of the shields are not working when trying to switch from wlan to wwan. I cant see ipv4 on the default raspberry pi user and I cant see the wwan interface itself on th sixfab user.

Your device may have some kind of power issue. The RPi may not be providing enough electrical power for the module to operate. Therefore it cannot be identified via USB and so on. Do you have sufficient power to the RPi?
