Will the Raspberry Pi 3G/4G & LTE Base HAT cohabitate and work well with an additional UPS HAT?

I would like to know if the SixFab Raspberry Pi 3G/4G & LTE Base HAT will work well when it’s added to a Raspberry Pi 3B+ that already has UPS HAT such as the PiJuice or UPS Pico ?
