Even though my one SIM card has been unpowered and not using data for months, and there are enough credits to cover many months worth of monthly fees (ya know, just because it exists you have to charge for it), there is still an auto-charge being applied.
And, I have submitted via the weak Contacts page, and this is a disgruntled posting.

As your SIM is active, the monthly SIM fee has been charged. A monthly fee of $2 is applied per active SIM for all plans. Since you haven’t used it, we can refund this fee to you. Would you like the refund to be credited to your balance or to the payment method associated with your card?
