What is the power draw of the GPRS/GPS Tracker HAT?

I am working on the power budget for my vehicle device to see if it can be powered from the OBD-II connector. How much current should I allocate to the Tracker HAT? I am looking for the highest current it might consume, not how low it can go by being miserly.

For M95 module, the max current consumption could reach to 1.6A during a transmit burst.
For L96 module, power consumption: ~ 25mA
