Voice calls via 3/4G

I would like to use PI to make calls and send sms via cellular network.
When a call is made from PI to another phone number I need to play a voice file and when PI receives a call save audio to a file. Is it possible with sixfab hats? Which would you recommend?
Is there a way to select from PI which network mode 3G, 4G or LTE the hat should select/operate?

Our Shields/HATs do not have audio codec as a result voice call is not possible with our HATs.
You can send SMS with our Shields/HATs.
Yes, the module allows you to select specific RAT.
