Unable to connect to the cellular network

Hi, I am not able to connect to a cellular network.

The cellular option is not shown at the interface priority after installation and reboot.

Can anyone help me with this?

I also seem to be having the issue. I just took a new sim, put it in a netgear router, and after being on for over 30 minutes, still nothing. Payment method is active, credit is on the account, SIM says it’s active, but no data transfer and router shows red light. I even tried adding a data pool to see if that fixed it, but still nothing.
