Tracker HAT No 3D Fix

Hi there, I’ve had the tracker hat installed on my Pi 4 for around 72hours now. It’s in an outside location, clear view of the sky (coastal area) and there is still no fix, powered via USB C connection to mains.

Do you have any suggestions or this the board faulty?

Also, the documentation for the tracker hat appears to have disappeared from your docs site? Can you advise where to find this?
