The minicom locks up

I can usually get one or two commands (AT commands) sent and then I get comms lost and the minicom hangs up. it appears the blue light no longer blinks.

Following the ECM instructions it does not let me get to setting the APN

I am using the Telit LE910C4-NF.

Hi,

Are you using Sixfab CORE? If so, you don’t need to follow the ECM steps. If Minicom locks up, it’s likely because the module is hard resetting in the background. You can observe this in the dmesg command outputs. Allow CORE services to establish your cellular connection.
