Telit ME910 Reconnecting and Disconnecting/Not routing packets

Hello,

I keep experiencing this issue where the hat on my RPI will not connect to the internet whatsoever, even though its reporting “0,5” on CREG.

The unit also disconnects and reconnects from my Pi in in 15~s intervals.

If you have any ideas, please let me know.

It’s plugged into a Raspberry PI 4, running the latest version of Raspbian with a Sixfab SIM.

I’ve frankly sunk over 10 hrs into this thing and am incredibly frustrated. There is no logic behind it, it sometimes connects if I plug it into a windows machine and use the windows drivers.

Thanks,
Max

New devlopment,

I finally got packets through, but I cant get any speed above about 10kbps. I am located close to a cell tower and get over 100mbps on my smartphone.

Cheers,
Max

Hey meepmeep22,

what did you do, to get packets through at all? I installed the SIM with the instructions from Sixfab CORE.

Thanks in advance and best regards
Emanuel

After a full reinstallation and after reflashing firmware on the TELIT baseband, it started working.
