Telit LE910C4-NF with Sixfab SIM Failing Registration

Hello,
Have purchased this kit: Raspberry Pi 4G/LTE Modem Kit - Sixfab and followed the Getting Started guide provided: Getting Started (sixfab.com) though have been unable to get the device to utilize the LTE(Sixfab SIM). Noticed later the SIM wasn’t active, so activated that but status is still the same. Haven’t dealt much with LTE before so don’t know much about all the commands and items, but here is what I’ve collected.
Details:

I’m just looking for basic, straight-up connectivity. Nothing fancy, just need this device and many more like it to be able to SSH to a jumpbox. GPS I guess could be nice too, but that’s not needed at the moment.

Hi @mtuska ,

Thank you so much for your detailed explanation. I reset your SIM’s network connection.
Please let me know if it’s fixed or not.

Still had a Last Cellular Connection Status of Cellular Connection Unavailable. Performed a reboot but no change in status.

Got time to setup my second Sixfab hat with Raspberry Pi 4 and it worked immediately. What steps would it take to get support to review the first device and possibly replace it.

If you share the remote-support token with me, I can check your device in detail for you. It seems like a problem that we can solve without replacing it.
