Telit Chipset board to be traced with Tems Qualcomm licensed

Hello,

I need connect IoT board with Telit to Infovista Tems investigation. Currently I have license for Qualcomm chipset, and I was wondering if you have tested this board with tems, and if you think that would it be possible trace the board with Tems licensed for Qualcomm chipset.
