I would like to directly connect to my SixFab hosts via the internet with the ultimate goal of making connections to them via a specified TCP port. It would be very helpful if they could be assigned static public IP addresses, what is possible on the Sixfab network?
Same question as dustin asked a different way. Do Sixfab SIMs support static IP address assignment or some way to allow in bound traffic to the device? It appears I get one IP that is assigned to the wwan0 interface but another shows up when going to some place like whatsmyip.com.
Thoughts?
Thank you
Hi! Any upgrade on this? Is there “fixed IP simcards” provided by sixfab? I just see only one on the store, which says that doesn’t support static ips.
Anyone has a way to make an api call from the internet to my raspberrypi connected with sixfab lte modem kit?
