Sixfab core not initializing

Hi, I installed everything according to the documentation and the device doesn’t show up on the board:

This is, of course, after running the initialization script successfully and rebooting.

Upon re-running the installation script, I can see there’s a problem with the agent service:

Anybody knows how to resolve this issue?

Have you tried it in a different browser? What browser are you currently using? Could you do a hard refresh and try again?
