SIM Device Status is offline, yet the SIM Status is Active

Just this morning my SIM Status went to “Offline”. The SIM had been online and working for almost two weeks. I’ve rebooted the device it is connected to and that did not change the status. Is there a recommended method to trouble shoot this type of issue?

AT+CSQ
AT+COPS?
AT+CREG?
