I have SIM (being used in LTE Cellular Modem Kit EG-25) that shows as active in dashboard but no longer online. Not sure where to go from here?
BTW: Cellular status showing as offline, but installed and connected
Update: Seems that making ‘Inactive’ and then ‘Active’ may have resolved issue as back online
