Yes, or you can do “Reverse Port Forwarding” also known as “Reverse Tunneling”.
If I use an HTTPS connection with a fully qualified domain name to access web apps hosted on the Raspberry Pi, I do not need port forwarding, provided that the DNS record points to the fixed public IP address of the SIM card
