Remote terminal not working on some computers

Hi, this is not an essential issue as I can simply use a different computer, but I was curious if this is known or if anyone knows why this could be?

I have a CORE device that communicates with the internet fine, and I can connect to with with the Remote Terminal with different computers, apart from one.

Also putting this out here in case someone got frustrated for why remote terminal is not working for their device when it’s connected to the internet, and the core_agent.service was running fine. I simply used a different computer.

Thanks for sharing your Remote Terminal issue with the CORE device. To understand why it’s not working — could you specify the OS and browser used? Have you tried a different browser or checked the browser console (F12) for errors? Is the network setup (e.g., firewall, VPN) different on that machine?
