Raspberry pi5, Sixfab SIM, telit LE910C04-NF hat ... why can't I ping?

Hi

Can you look this over and see why I’m having trouble connecting to the pi remotely using the sixfab hat? It all seems good to me, but I very new to this:

this is strange, why is a 1,0 setting … making it 0,1
