Raspberry PI -Telit LE910C4-NF 4G/LTE CELLULAR MODEM KIT

Raspberry PI
NAME=“Ubuntu”

ID=ubuntu
ID_LIKE=debian
PRETTY_NAME=“Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS”

If I run minicom or atcom I get no response from modem. This is a fresh OS install we had it working at one point but settings were not staying. Is there a way to hard reset the modem?
Please let me know what other information is needed. The SIM is good it works in another modem I have. I am working on a POC for using the raspberry PI and trying to find the easiest setup for modems.

mmcli -L
