Raspberry Pi Compute Module I/O (CMIO) (v3) & SixFab Compatibility

Hi

am picking up a Compute Module (v3) Dev Kit as I am working towards a Compute Module design and my final system should have cellular & battery capability.

In previous design work I have used the SixFab LTE Shield (with the EC25) and also have the Power Management UPS HAT, both which work great, especially for prototyping.

Is there a reasonable / recommended way to connect these to a Compute Module I/O Board / Dev Kit for prototyping purposes? I guess I can just string some header cables between the boards (as from what i can tell the 120 pin GPIO header on the CMIO is not compatible with the 40 pin header on a standard pi - but if I am wrong please correct me!)
