I’ve read several posts but haven’t found a solution to this yet. Agent and Manager are up to date and there is nothing odd in the cm or agent logs.
I’ve been running this combination (using 3G-4G/LTE HAT) for many months with no problems. I can still connect over a reverse ssh tunnel I have set up, and I am receiving telemetry data. CORE says the signal quality is Good and that usb0 is connected. The problem is, CORE shows it as “Offline”. Why is it showing Offline and what does that mean?
