Power HAT briefly discharges backup battery?

Hi there,

I’m seeing some data come through where the power HAT will briefly discharge the backup battery on the HAT.

I have it connected to a solar panel through a charge controller so I get outputs of ~12/14v. Is there any logic in the firm where that would cause the power HAT MCU to activate the battery? Input voltage drops to 0, battery discharge and a few minutes later the input voltage comes back to 12/14v.

Could a voltage spike cause that? Etc.

How long does it take for your battery to discharge? If the input voltage drops to 0 then it uses up the battery and the battery is discharged.
