I’m wondering if there are any existing demos to utilize the Pico LTE as a WiFi hotspot. I have several WiFi-enabled IoT devices and would like to use the Pico LTE as a gateway.

Yes, it is theoretically possible to use the WiFi module on the Pico W to create a hotspot, but we do not have a tutorial/example for this.
