Pi LTE Basehat - Can you disable the blinking LEDs?

I searched for similar topics and the only one I saw was someone saying you can control one of the LEDs but didn’t mention how to do this.

Does anyone else have any more information on how I can disable the hat’s LEDs?

Only the USER LED can be controlled over the GPIO27. Other LEDs cannot be disabled.
