I am 3D printing a case for my rbpi and lte module. I am planning on using the adhesive on the back of the LTE antennas to secure them to the case. Do they need to be mounted to the same face, facing the same direction? Would overlapping them on opposite sides of the same face cause interferance? Want to minimize case size but don’t want to disrupt connectivity.

You can mount them on the same face, but you need to be sure to match the impedance between the feeding and the antenna.
