No ping with PPP connection for Sixfab Shield/HAT

I have configured the board for the raspberry 4. Everything seems correct as ppp0 is available when ifconfig and sudo pon works well.
after install of PPP Installer and *sudo pon* modem seems to be successfully connected to AT&T broadband(APN) and even get IP but IP routing through ppp0 interface still does not work. ping 8.8.8.8 does not work or ping -I ppp0 -c 5 sixfab.com
I have configured the network without user and password. Could it be the reason of no ping ?
I also registered and activated the SIM card. WLAN wireless should be disconnected?
Or maybe it is due of a lack of coverture?
thanks

Hi @carlos.cruzt,

We just have updated the PPP tutorial please check it with the new installation.
Which mini PCIe module and sim are you using?

Thanks.

Thank you very much for your response.
I just have received the KIT MODEM CELLULAR LTE. I am using the Raspberry Pi 4 with the 3G/4G &
LTE Base HAT and the LTE module is TELIT LE910C1-EU. The sixfab “connect super SIM Twilio” is also provided by the kit and is correctly activated. I checked in the application and I recharged 10$. The application shows that some Kbytes have been consumed. I have installed the last version and I get the following error when tipping sudo pon:

Connect script failed
status =0x3
Thanks in advance

Could you share the whole log of sudo pon?
Also please check out the troubleshooting steps in this link:

I installed the last version of pp in both: raspberry pi 3b and 4. I obtain the same attached error

~$ sudo pon
