I suspect the following response is because I put " " in for username and password as onesimcard.com says to leave them blank and to use “send.ee” as the APN. Otherwise I do not know what is going on.

Please confirm your SIM is activated, confirm the SIM provider approves the BG96 module.
The BG96 module supports CAT M1, NB-IoT and eGPRS, confirm the SIM supports any of this
