MQTT Connect Error LE910C4-NF AT#MQCONN

I am trying to use the sixfab sim with a pi-hat connected to a linux box via USB. Connecting to it via /dev/ttyUSB3. I am trying to establish a connection to the mosquitto test server and getting “ERROR” in response to the AT+MQCONN command.

Any way to get more details? And any ideas on if I am missing a step in my command stream. I have a little python script that is feeding commands to the modem via the serial port.

See trace:
