So I am looking at running these systems for timelapse projects. Would like to start and shutdown the raspberry multiple times during the day. Is there a way to do this? Figure we would like to be able to do different intervals ideally at least start up at 6am, then shutdown at 6:04 and start up at 6:30, then shutdown at 6:34 etc till the time we want to shutdown for the evening. Say around 6p. So we would need multiple starts and shutdowns throughout the day.

Any help on this would be appreciated!

You can set it from the configuration tab on the power portal.

I understand that but the power portal is limiting me to 5 scheduled events.

Sorry for the delay in responding.
You can create up to 5 events on the power portal and up to 10 events using the Python API.
