I too have had a loss of access to all my SIMs. I had an account at the community with this email AND an account at connect.sixfab with this email. I tried to login today, reset my password as it suggested, and there is nothing there at all. Not to mention I do not have a way to call anyone?
Could you please check again your account? It should work now.
Everything is good now. It seems that my connect Sixfab account had a typo in the email, according to email support. Thanks for the help everyone.
