I have a system deployed remotely that was connected and working. It now shows good signal strength and cellular status is “green”, but device status is “red”.
Since the device is remote, I would like to know if there is any diagnostic information available on the CORE side that might help me find out if a connection is being refused or what is happening.
The Sixfab CORE solution consists of core_manager and core_agent.
core_manager is responsible for configuring the mini PCIe module and setting up the cellular connection.
core_agent is responsible for updating the dashboard, maintaining the remote connection through the remote terminal.
Your setup seem to have issue with the core_agent as a result it is not updating the dashboard and allowing the remote terminal connection.
Logs from last 7 days are stored locally in the Raspberry PI. In such situation, observing the logs stored in the directory " /home/sixfab/.core/logs/" help us getting the root cause of the issue.
