Im super new at this and this is probably an easy fix, but I am attempting to use atcom to run AT commands but i cannot run them. I attempted to install atcom but it gave me an error saying externally-managed-enviroment . I am running Raspberry Pi OS.

I believe it is Raspberry Pi OS bookworm, From bookworm onwards pip packages should be installed within Virtual Environment.
