In file /etc/ppp/peers/provider: unrecognized option '/dev/ttyUSB3'

Hi everyone ,

I am working with Sixfab 3G, 4G / LTE Base Shield with Quectel module. It working perfectly. But today i am change this Quectel module to Telit module. And i get 3G, 4G / LTE Base Shield installation on my Raspberry Pi A+. But i have a problem , when i reboot my pi after installation , my pi not show ttyUSB3.

   `In file /etc/ppp/peers/provider: unrecognized option '/dev/ttyUSB3'`

ttyUSB3 comes only when I unplug and plug in the cable. How can i fix it ?

Hi @tugrul ,

Did you try to troubleshoot following the troubleshoot guide?

No i don’t try this , because when i unplug and plug in the cable “sudo pon” is successfully and i have internet connection.

OK. I tested your situation and it works well for me. What is the model of the Telit module?

I am using LE910C1-EUX module.
