How to use with raspberry pi 4b and capabilities

How would one connect this to the gpio pins and configure it on a standard version of raspbian? And what speed can I expect to get from it on average in the United States, new York if that is relevant. This is for a project I’m starting to make a remote controlled continuously tracked vehicle for delivering things right now. I don’t yet know python. I was hoping to use this as an opportunity to learn it.
