How to increase the output power of the UPS Hat?

I want to use UPS hat to power up a RPi 4 with an external board totally using 30 watts (5V/6A). A 10000mAh Li-Po battery is provided to power up them if the input disconnects.
Is it possible to increase the output power of the UPS Hat?

This is not possible, the maximum output power is 5V/3A.
