How to have the access to BG96 debug port

Hello, I am using the raspberry pi cellular iot application shield, the module is BG96. I am pretty sure it is connected to the Internet. I connect it with my pc. But I cannot have the access to the debug port /ttyUSB0, when I use mobileinsight to monitor it. It will return the error

PHY COM: /dev/ttyUSB0
PHY BAUD RATE: 115200
device reports readiness to read but returned no data (device disconnected or multiple access on port?)

Does anyone can help me?

Hello,

If the Shield is connected over the USB, the ttyUSB0 i,e the DM port is used for updating the Firmware of the module.

When you say debug port access, are you planning to issue the AT commands to the module?
You can use ttyUSB2 or ttyUSB3 for this.
