I just purchased a a Pico LTE and it will not register on the network. It’s been 2 days of attempts. It’s green and active in the dashboard. Each time I go to the contact link on the website or support, it goes to the same page that says Let’s talk! Please give us as much detail as you can regarding your project and/or questions so we can direct it to the right team! But there is no text entry box and no submit. I’ve tried Chrome and Edge and it’s the same. I have an urgent need to get this going but cannot make any progress. So how does one get support or is there any support?

I sent an email on the 26th and the 27th and have not heard back on either email. Is there no support number? How long should it take to hear back. If we have to go back and forth over email this could take weeks.
