How do i turn off auto renew?

Where is it? AI says its under billing. Cant see it.

If you are not using your assets,
Log in to Connect Platform,
Go to Assets from the left menu
Then Click on Details of the Active Asset and Switch it to Inactive.

Will switching my asset to inactive totally shut off my access before the end of the month? Will inactive shut off auto renew only?

The asset will stop working the moment you switch it to inactive and no further credit will be charged.

In other words…i have to remember to shut it off at the end of the month, there is no setting specifically to stop auto renew? If i forget to shut it off I am billed another $12, right?

The billing occurs in prepaid system,
A balance must be loaded using a credit card
Hence the auto charge happens when your balance falls below a certain amount that you have set(default and minimum value is $5)

You won’t be charged from your credit card again unless the balance falls below the Minimum Balance Threshold.

So why wont you answer my questions directly, and stop evading the questions?? How do I stop auto reload? Is my minimum monthly charge always going to be $12? Is the answer that I cant stop the auto reload without shutting off the service and losing the remaining balance?? Please be transparent. Stop beating around the bush please.

You can delete the payment method from your account.
Under Billing > Payment Details > Preference > Delete Card

If you don want to use the SIM afterwards please deactivate is.
Please note if the system cannot charge for your usage, your account will be suspended.
