How do i reset Pico LTE to factory default?

I am having a lot of issues connecting to azure IOT hub. messages are sent, the Json twin device file is not updated and i get. INFO: Result {‘status’: 1, ‘response’: ‘timeout’, ‘interval’: 0}. can’t tell what i have incorrectly configured and would like to start over
