How can I get maximum speed in PPP connection?

Hello,

I have configured the Cellular IoT Hat with a Raspberry Pi 3b+ using Cat-M1 on port ttyUSB3. I use PPP connection. However when doing a speed test I get about 10-20kbits in download and 200kbits for upload. How can I get a better download speed?

The speed depends on various factors, such as Signal Quality, obstacles etc.
