how can I fix ‘modem doesn’t answer to diag version number command => it is in a wrong state!’ during firmware update?

It does not respond to anything. The AT interface is also not responding right now. However the USB interface seems to come up. This happened halfway through a previous attempt to update the firmware.

Hi,

Please report the USB enumeration you see.

You can try also emergency mode, putting the FORCE_BOOT pin to 1,8V, then powering on modem and next use

Hello, thanks, that helped me as well, but I’m still stuck. How do I stream the Firmware to the modem? It is only recognized as Telit USB TDLoader.
