It took Quectel 8 days to respond, but I was able to get the firmware for the latest release EC25AFAR05A07M4G_30.005.30.005
The DFOTA package request should be sent to [email protected]

Would you be willing to DM me a link to it? They take a week or two to respond. I have ‘upgraded’ to EC25AFFAR07A14M4G_01.003.01.003 and it’s producing NO CARRIER issues.
