EC25-E 90% to 100% packet loss

I followed this method to setup my RP4 with a sixfab base hat and a EC25-E module.

And everything seems to work fine except when running the ping command it mostly does not respond.

Is there any way to get more diagnostic information so i can pinpoint the issue?

Well nevermind.

I just noticed the dataplan on the simcard i was using was not enabled.
