Easiest way to change QMI APN name?

I have to change sim cards in my Raspberry Pi 3G-4G/LTE Base Shield V2. I currently have it all set up and working. It is set up to auto connect on boot.

What config file needs to be edited to change the APN name? It is set up using QMI.
Or do I rerun the installer? Seems like it would be easier to edit the config file to me but?..
