Device says offline but isn’t

My Sixfab core device status says that it is offline, however the modem is still working because a computer attached to it is still sending scheduled telemetry over cellular. Data usage is registering as normal, like it is online.

The remote terminal cannot connect to my Sixfab device though. I wanted to use remote terminal to do some updates, but can’t. What’s the fix? A hard reset? Thanks!

Note: it has been like this for about a week.

No remote solution that I have found. However you can get on the pi’s wifi with your phone locally and hit it with a sudo reboot now. I like using an app called a-Shell for this, which is basically like a terminal window on your computer. Resetting it this way doesn’t risk corrupting the SD card like pulling the power adapter would.
