Thank you for reaching out. We are currently experiencing a SIM connectivity issue starting from 22:07 UTC on February 11, 2025. This may cause failures to attach or increased latency. Our team is actively investigating and working on a resolution.

Our investigation is ongoing. At its peak, around 70% of data sessions were lost, but some have now recovered.

The issue has been resolved, and connectivity has returned to normal. Devices should no longer experience frequent disconnections, and overall stability is restored. Our team will continue monitoring.

Yes, we experienced a temporary SIM network outage earlier today, but the issue has been fully resolved. Your units should reconnect automatically. If any devices remain offline, a quick reboot will restore the connection.
