Thank you for reaching out. We are currently experiencing a SIM connectivity issue starting from 22:07 UTC on February 11, 2025. This may cause failures to attach or increased latency. Our team is actively investigating and working on a resolution.

Our investigation is ongoing. At its peak, around 70% of data sessions were lost, but some have now recovered.
