I am having trouble connecting to the modem using my sixfab connect sim card. I have activated the asset, and even saw a very small ammount of data, but the system still say no data available. I have installed the sim card in a victron GXLTE 4G-A and it is connected to my Cerbo GX. The VRM portal does show the product online and connected with 4 bars but there is not any data transferring over.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, it doesn’t need any username and password.
What do you mean by no data is available?
According to this image, the network registration is successful but the signal strength is very weak.
how can i tell if the signal is week. i have 2 assets out there and one has not communicated for almost a month.

I believe this sim’s ICCID ends with **403, Please confirm if I am looking into the wrong sim details. According to the sim logs, it has not attempt to make network registration after 22nd Dec 2025 06:24 UTC. For the signal strength you should be looking into the hardware guide. make sure the device is on.

the **403 is the correct sim detail. the device is in california, but i am told it is on. is there anyway we can see the device from your network
From our log the best we can see is if the SIM has made and attempt for network registration. And for your sim there is none, this indicates the device is either off or the sim is nor properly inserted.
How is it that the communication can be lost for months at a time. the products we use seem to loose connection for 2 months or more at a time.

It seems your data usage has exceeded the limit allowed by your current Network Group (e.g., 100 MB).
Since you’ve gone over 100% of the allowed amount, your SIM has stopped connecting.
Please change to a more suitable Network Group according to your expected data volume for the month.
I have 2 assets, one has not communicated for 2 months. shows 0 data transfers. does this not have it’s own data pool
