Connecting 2 Power banks to power a Pi4 + 4G Hat to extend the operation for a long period of time

Hi, thank you in advance for your help:

  1. Is it possible to use 2 charged power banks (20,000 mAh capacity each) so when one runs off of juice the second one takes over using the UPS hat capability so there would be a long uninterrupted power supply to the Pi4?

  2. Is it possible to stack a 4G hat and the UPS Hat on top of the Pi4 at the same time? Any potential issues with the fan and heat dissipation?
