Hi,

If you activate the remote support setting of your device and share the support key with me, I can help.
Could you PM me your remote-support token so that I can check and solve it? Thanks.

Thanks @ensar , I’ll do in a few hour to connect device to internet.

Hi @ensar I can not send to you a private message. It’s said
“Sorry, you cannot send a personal message to that user.”

The module was in MBIM mode and I reset it. Everything is fine right now.

Ole!
Well done!
I’ll check your link to understand MBIM mode.

Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I have “Cellular Connection Unavailable” again :unamused:
@ensar you already have a remote support token in MP justs If you would be so kind as to help me again.
Thank you.

Hi,

Please make sure your antenna is connected properly. The module signal strength is poor, and sometimes it cannot be detected.

Hi,
Following Troubleshooting guide here is my outputs:

First of all, why do both ttyusb2 and ttyusb3 respond to me?
atcom --port /dev/ttyUSB2 AT
OK

atcom --port /dev/ttyUSB3 AT
AT
OK

I will send the comments to ttyUSB2 anyway.

Any idea how to solve it?

Hi,
I have noticed that the result of this command
atcom --port /dev/ttyUSB2 AT+CGREG?

sometimes gives +CREG: 0,2 and sometimes +CREG: 0,5

I have now managed to get a connection but using a different sim.
Previously I always tried with the sim that sixfab had sold me and that originally had connection.
What has happened with this sim? What could I try to find out?

Did you check your antenna connection? Because of the signal’s poor quality, this disconnection happens.

Yes, I checked the antennas and they were fine.
The strange thing is that with another sim it works fine.
Is it possible that it has run out of credit? I don’t think so since it tells me the following:

I think I have found what the problem was.
