Cellular Connection Unavailable, GSM modem (1-port) converter now disconnected from ttyUSB0

Hi guys, any chance of a little bit of help please - I am starting to pull may hair out :frowning:
I have a Telit LE9104-EU on a raspberry Pi and no matter what i try, I cannot get it to connect to cellular. It worked some months back, it then went into a box and now its not wanting to connect again.
The interface does not show up in Sixfab core dashboard (only ethernet) and I see this cycle going on in DMESG

I just updated the 9104 to latest firmware - this went ok, shows the latest firmware in the dashboard, but it made no difference.
I tried powering the Pi using its own power supply as well as powering using external supply of another hat - no difference.
(for info, i did wipe/reinstall the Pi SD card - that is the only change I can think of since it last worked).

Please help

Hi,

Low signal quality may be causing connection issues, as indicated by the recent monitoring data. Check your antenna connection and move the device to a location with better signal reception.
